Water Damage in ceiling tiles
These photos illustrate water damage from above into ceiling tiles and light fixtures in a commercial building. The above unit had fire sprinkler fail and let loose hundreds of gallons of water, which soaked through to the lower unit ceiling and floor. Our professionally trained crews identified all areas and layers of materials which contained excess moisture. The materials were inspected to determine if they could be dried and if it was economical to dry them, instead of replacing them. Due to the low cost of ceiling tiles and their significant staining, the crews decided to remove the tiles, which also reduces the time the job requires to be completed. These types of decisions are crucial in commercial property damage situations, which can effect the ability for the business to quickly get back to work.
